Crocheted toys - "Amigurumi" - (crocheted stuffed toy) - is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures
Using a 4mm hook, double knitting yarn (acrylic is OK for this) and the very basic chain stitch, and double crochet stitch, increase and decrease stitches you will be able to make a very cute toy
With Emma's help and guidance through the day you can make either a rabbit, bear or owl - you should be able to make two during the course of the day, then of course you'll have the knowledge to make many more later - great Christmas stocking fillers for the kids!
If you want to change colours bring 100g of the main colour and 50g of a different colour, plus a 4 mm hook. The required stuffing you'll need will be provided on the day
Please bring a packed lunch with you!
