This brand new course is designed as an introduction to fiction writing and will run for six weeks

It will cover all the basics: finding inspiration, keeping a writing journal, using your own experiences as the basis for creative writing, as well as the creation of a finished piece: developing character, plot, and the all important editing skills needed to bring your writing together

You don't need any experience in creative writing and the aim is to help you to develop your skills as the weeks go on

There will be workshop elements, a weekly (optional) assignment and you will be encouraged to read and critique yours and other people's stories (also optional). Wendy is very patient and experienced in this field and there is no pressure on you to come up with an instant classic!
