Guys and Dolls is a story focused around a group of 1940's gamblers and is centred around a bet made between two of the main characters, Sky Masterson and Nathan Detroit. The wager is that the first lady seen by the two would go away to Havana with Sky Masterson. Love stories rarely run smoothly.
