Bike Ride
Saturday 4 August
A 17.5 mile off road mountain bike ride following quiet lanes, public bridleways and unsurfaced roads. There will be steep ascents and descents and participants should have experience of completing rides of a similar length and duration. Most sections will be technically similar to the grade of a 'blue' trail centre route, but with trickier 'red' sections that can be negotiated on foot if desired. You will need to bring a mountain bike in good working order, food, drink, bike tool kit and spares e.g. pump/ spare inner tube.
NO HELMET = NO RIDE.
Consent form required for 18 year olds and under.
Sorry, no dogs.
