Have you ever wondered how they make those delicious looking chocolates you see in the top quality chocolate shops? Well now you can have a go at making them yourself! In this fantastic workshop you will learn from our expert chocolate maker Kala how to make professional looking truffles and moulded chocolates
Using the finest Belgium chocolate you will learn how to temper chocolate, how to make and decorate your own truffles and moulded chocolates, as well as making different kinds of ganache
All the necessary materials will be supplied on the day including all the chocolates, ingredients and you will take home approx 500g of chocolate in a presentation box and the rest in a ballotin. The chocolate is gluten free but may contain nut traces
The only thing you'll need to bring yourself is an apron
