12-year-old Mike Goldwing is just your average surf-crazy kid who lives on the coast, but an unusual set of circumstances forces him on an out-of-this-world adventure that will change his life forever.
His grandfather Frank is a long-retired NASA astronaut, who never quite got over his missed opportunity to travel to the Moon with Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin as part of the Apollo 11 mission.
When an outlandish billionaire hatches an evil plot to plunder the Moon for its vast mineral resources, destroying the American flag left by the Apollo 11 team in the process, Mike steps in stop him.
Enlisting the help of his best friends, Amy and Marty, as well as his grandfather Frank, the four blast off to the Moon in order to capture the flag and thwart the wicked megalomaniac.
Paramount Pictures is behind this action-packed animated comedy, which is directed by Enrique Gato (Tad, The Last Explorer) and features the voice talents of Michelle Jenner (Open Windows, Tad, The Last Explorer) and Oriol Tarrago (The Impossible, The Orphanage).
